Cancellations
We are weather dependant, so we might have to cancel if we believe that cycling would not be safe, you would be offered alternative slot or full refund
What is the maximum speed limit?
Our e-bikes are limited to 15.5 miles/ hour, but we ideally cruise at 10/12 miles/ hour.
What about children ?
You should be 14 or over to be able to ride Ebike in the UK
however, we have the option to disable the electric mode for younger children so they can join the group and cycle comfortably, we also provide Tag along bikes for Youngers children .
Our itinerary is mainly on Bike lanes
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOUR WEIGHT IS MORE THAN 115KG SO WE PROVIDE YOU
WITH ADEQUATE BIKE @ £20 EXTRA
